Mr Khai Lam is a senior Consultant Spinal Surgeon, has helped establish the internationally renowned Spinal Unit at Guy’s and St Thomas’. He qualified from Nottingham University and completed his spinal surgery training at the Centre for Spinal Surgery and Studies, Nottingham under the auspices of Professor Robert Mulholland and Mr John Webb. His work is covered in excess of 100 published scientific papers and presentations both nationally and internationally. He receives tertiary spinal referrals from a regional population of 10 million people. He is a regular visiting Professor and advisor to the Middle East (Egypt, Kuwait, Libya, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates). He is the 1st UK recipient of the coveted Medaille D’Or from Madame Chirac, Chairman of EEDCM.
